This week I thought I’d have a dabble in meal prep. So this Sunday I created this…
It looks delish if I do say so myself, I’m not 100% sure if I’ve got it right but I’ve tried really hard!
My first meal of the day was
- Quorn chicken
- Quinoa with lentils & peppers
The only thing I can say about this is that it was very dry, if I do have it again I may have to get something to make it less dry.
My dinner was
- Sea food dressing
Now I preferred this so much more than my lunch. Maybe because it wasn’t as dry.
I’m going to bring a food update everyday until my meals preps are all gone.

Ps. Really loving doing this, bring it on.
A rest day and a bloody lot of them finally feeling better so uploading will start from the 5th going to work with the days and make this a November release challenge.
Just to let you guys know. I’m completely smashing the gym. Totally proud of myself.
Got another PT Session tomorrow which I’m completely excited for.
Not felt well for the past two days will be back on track tomorrow with my 30 day challenge.
Let’s talk about home fitness;
It’s a beautiful Sunday morning, the clocks have gone back and I can really start to smell winter coming. It’s 56 DAYS until my favourite time of the year. Christmas, well Christmas Day in fact and I’ve not seen any results.
6 weeks; 6 whole weeks before you start seeing any kind of results. In a way it’s ok I’m not seeing results, as if I’d of looked back at myself two weeks ago I’d never imagined that I’d of been to the gym more than once, let alone get up before a shift of work and exercise. But hey I guess when you want this more than ever things change, you change.
Now the whole reason behind this post, sometimes there are those little things that just stop you from getting to the gym until your day off, so what I want to ask you guys, what kind of exercises do you do at home. Something that will really get my muscles working other than this 30 day challenge, come on guys don’t all rush at once.

On day three. Glad I can finally got longer on my planks. They are hard.
- 25 sit ups
- 10 crunches
- 10 leg raises
- 15 second plank
- 20 sit ups
- 8 crunches
- 8 leg raises
- 12 sec plank
